DAY# 8 SLOW CARB DIET

Day 8 Slow Carb Diet
BREAKFAST:

  • 2 Eggs size 6
  • Chicken (needed the protein)
  • Lentils (3 scoops)
  • Spinach (2 large Table spoons)

LUNCH:
  • Tuna (in olive oil, i drained the oil off)
  • Red Kidney Beans (3 scoops)
  • Mixed veges (large portion)

DINNER:
  • Chicken
  • Mixed Veges
  • Red Kidney beans
Not a bad day - did not get hungry at all. 
TIP: make sure you have alot of veges!
