DAY# 8 SLOW CARB DIET
Day 8 Slow Carb Diet
BREAKFAST:
2 Eggs size 6
Chicken (needed the protein)
Lentils (3 scoops)
Spinach (2 large Table spoons)
LUNCH:
Tuna (in olive oil, i drained the oil off)
Red Kidney Beans (3 scoops)
Mixed veges (large portion)
DINNER:
Chicken
Mixed Veges
Red Kidney beans
Not a bad day - did not get hungry at all.
TIP:
make sure you have alot of veges!
