Today is day 5 of the SLOW CARB DIET (SCD); here's a recap of the rules.
Today consisted of the 3 meals and some Kettle Bell Swings = 75 reps. First the meals:
Breakfast: nothing out of the ordinary:
- 2 Hard boiled eggs
- Lentils
- Spinach
- Green Tea
Lunch consisted of:
- Red kidney beans
- Mixed veges
- Tuna (in olive oil - it was yum!)
Dinner consisted of:
- Chicken
- Tuna
- Red kidney beans
- Mixed veges!
Exercise for the day: Kettle Bell Swings = 75 reps performed in sets:
Set 1 = 11 reps
Set 2 = 11 reps
Set 3 = 11 reps
Set 4 = 11 reps
Set 5 = 11 reps
Set 6 = 10 reps
Set 7 = 10 reps
